(NYSE: American: WWR)<\/b>, an energy technology and battery-grade natural graphite company (\u201cWestwater\u201d or the \u201cCompany\u201d), announced today that it successfully commissioned the CSPG qualification line at its Kellyton Graphite Processing Plant.<\/p>\n<p>\nThe Kellyton qualification line offers the capability of processing approximately 1 metric ton of CSPG battery anode material each day. The line was completed at the end of 2024 with a successful commissioning trial that produced over 500kg of CSPG.<\/p>\n<p>\nWestwater developed and optimized its CSPG products over the past several years using the individual pilot lines at each of its equipment suppliers. Kellyton\u2019s new qualification line involved the installation and consolidation of its equipment supplier pilot line components into one continuous line.<\/p>\n<p>\nJohn Strickland, Westwater\u2019s Director of Operations, commented, \u201cOur new qualification line offers a faster, more cost-effective means of producing multi-ton samples for our cellmaker and OEM customers.
