Lennar acquired Rausch Coleman’s homebuilding operations, which delivered approximately 5,300 homes with an average sales price of about $230,000<\/span> in calendar year 2024. Millrose Properties, Inc. (NYSE: MRP, “Millrose”), a recently spun-off subsidiary of Lennar, acquired Rausch Coleman’s land assets and Lennar has options on the land.<\/p>\n

With this acquisition, Lennar has expanded its footprint into new markets in Arkansas<\/span> (Bentonville<\/span>\/Fayetteville<\/span>, Little Rock<\/span> and Jonesboro<\/span>), Oklahoma<\/span> (Tulsa<\/span> and Stillwater<\/span>), Alabama<\/span> (Birmingham<\/span> and Tuscaloosa<\/span>), and Kansas<\/span>\/Missouri<\/span> (Kansas City<\/span>), while adding to its existing footprint in Texas<\/span> (Houston<\/span> and San Antonio<\/span>), Oklahoma<\/span> (Oklahoma City<\/span>), Alabama<\/span> (Huntsville<\/span>) and Florida<\/span> (Gulf Coast).\u00a0<\/p>\n
