Lionello added that in this location “customers will be able to take advantage of our convenient services such as online order pick up from both Nordstrom.com<\/a>\u00a0and NordstromRack.com,<\/a> and they can make returns easily.”\u00a0<\/p>\n

The 28,000 square-foot store will be located in Harvest Junction, a popular shopping center that includes Marshall’s, Best Buy, Dick’s Sporting Goods,\u00a0Ulta Beauty, Ross Dress<\/span> for Less and more. Harvest Junction is owned and managed by an affiliate of Pine Tree and is ideally located off of Highway 119\/Ken Pratt Boulevard in Longmont, Colorado<\/span>.<\/p>\n

Nordstrom Rack\u00a0is the off-price retail division of\u00a0Nordstrom, Inc. and plays a critical role in the company’s Closer to You strategy, which focuses on delivering customers a more convenient and interconnected experience across its stores and digital platforms. Nordstrom Rack<\/span> offers customers up to 70 percent off on-trend apparel, accessories, beauty products, home decor and shoes from many of the top brands sold at Nordstrom\u00a0stores as well as core services like online order pickup for Nordstrom.com<\/a>\u00a0and NordstromRack.com<\/a>, easy returns and alterations at select stores. Nordstrom Rack<\/span> is the largest source of new customers to Nordstrom.\u00a0<\/p>\n

This new location expands the company’s physical footprint and economic impact in Colorado<\/span>. It currently operates two\u00a0Nordstrom stores and eight Nordstrom Rack<\/span> stores in Colorado<\/span>, generating more than 1,400 jobs statewide.<\/p>\n
