Since its inception, almost 500 girls have participated in and graduated from the GRIT program.<\/p>\n<p>GRIT was created in 2017 as a joint initiative between ePlus and Cisco, founded in response to the increasing shortage of cybersecurity professionals worldwide, especially women.
