Tracey Herrmann has been promoted to executive vice president of store operations. Both Deckard and Herrmann\u2019s new roles were effective as of February 1, 2025.<\/p>\n<p>\nIn his most recent position, Deckard, who began his Dollar General career in 2006 as a regional director of stores, oversaw DG\u2019s operations team including Dollar General retail stores, Mi S\u00faper Dollar General in Mexico, corporate store operations, asset protection and real estate. Prior to that role, he led the Company\u2019s international expansion into Mexico and several strategic initiatives including pOpshelf as DG\u2019s EVP of growth and emerging markets.
