PHILADELPHIA and VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Feb. 05, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — BriaCell Therapeutics Corp. (Nasdaq: BCTX, BCTXW) (TSX: BCT) (\u201cBriaCell\u201d or the \u201cCompany\u201d), a clinical-stage biotechnology company that develops novel immunotherapies to transform cancer care, today announced the closing of its previously announced best-efforts public offering of 762,500 common shares at a public offering price of $4.00 per share. The Company received gross proceeds from the offering, before deducting the placement agent\u2019s fees and other offering expenses, of $3.05 million. The Company relied upon the exemption set forth in Section 602.1 of the TSX Company Manual, which provides that the TSX will not apply its standards to certain transactions involving eligible interlisted issuers on a recognized exchange, such as Nasdaq.<\/p>\n

The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for working capital requirements, general corporate purposes, and the advancement of business objectives.<\/p>\n
