With this appointment, the interim management committee has been dissolved.<\/p>\n<p>On the same day, the Company&#8217;s board of directors approved and declared a special cash dividend of <span class=\"xn-money\">US$9<\/span>.94\u00a0per ordinary share, or <span class=\"xn-money\">US$9.94<\/span> per American Depositary Share (&#8220;<b>ADS<\/b>&#8220;), to holders of record of ordinary shares and ADSs as of the close of business on <span class=\"xn-chron\">February 10, 2025<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>The aggregate amount of cash dividends to be paid will be approximately US$300\u00a0million and is expected to be paid on or around <span class=\"xn-chron\">February 20, 2025<\/span>, for holders of ordinary shares and holders of ADSs.
