CHICAGO–(BUSINESS WIRE<\/a>)–Kemper Corporation<\/a> (NYSE: KMPR) announced today that it has delivered to holders of its $450 million of 4.350% Senior Notes due 2025 (the “Notes”) notice of the Company’s intent to redeem the Notes in full on February 11, 2025 (the “Redemption Date”). The Company expects to make the redemption payment out of available cash.<\/p>\n

\nThe Notes will be redeemed at a price equal to 100.00% of the principal amount of the Notes, plus accrued and unpaid interest thereon to the Redemption Date. Upon completion of the redemption, all of the Notes will be redeemed and none will remain outstanding. The original maturity date of the Notes is February 15, 2025.<\/p>\n
