(\u201cBlaize\u201d), a provider of purpose-built, artificial intelligence (\u201cAI\u201d)-enabled edge computing solutions, today announced the completion of their previously announced business combination (the \u201cBusiness Combination\u201d). The combined company will operate under the name Blaize Holdings, Inc. and begin trading on Nasdaq under the ticker symbols \u201cBZAI\u201d and \u201cBZAIW\u201d on January 14, 2025.
