The retailer will demo the positive impact these technologies are having on its retail performance in booth #3303 at NRF 2025 Retail\u2019s Big Show<\/a> on Jan. 12-14, 2025, at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in New York City. \nFor a century, Rack Room Shoes, with more than 500 stores across 36 states, has been committed to offering high-quality, brand-name footwear at competitive prices while ensuring exceptional customer service. To maintain its commitment, the retailer needed to streamline its operations and overcome communication bottlenecks so its store associates could be more productive and accelerate task execution.<\/p>\n

\nCommunication between corporate and store employees previously occurred exclusively via email. This made it very difficult to convey any changes after communications were sent, so store teams would often execute tasks based on outdated directives and struggle to forecast daily work. Rack Room Shoes selected Zebra Workcloud Task Management software to make it easy for store employees to see assigned tasks in a calendar view on their Zebra mobile devices. Corporate teams can also monitor stores\u2019 task completion progress in the same software app.<\/p>\n
