(NYSE:ICE), a leading global provider of technology and data, today announced that it has acquired the American Financial Exchange (AFX), an electronic exchange for direct lending and borrowing for American banks and financial institutions. ICE has acquired 100% of AFX from 7RIDGE.<\/p>\n

\nThe acquisition is not expected to have a material impact on ICE\u2019s 2025 financial results or on ICE\u2019s deleveraging or capital return plans.<\/p>\n
