CHARLESTOWN, Mass., Jan. 06, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Solid Biosciences Inc.\u00a0(Nasdaq: SLDB) (the \u201cCompany\u201d), a life sciences company developing precision genetic medicines for neuromuscular and cardiac diseases, today announced a grant of 11,847 restricted stock units (\u201cRSUs\u201d) to one newly hired employee.<\/p>\n

The RSUs vest in four equal installments on each one-year anniversary of the grant date until the fourth anniversary of the grant date. Vesting of the equity awards is subject to the employee\u2019s continued service with the Company through each applicable vesting date.<\/p>\n

This grant was made pursuant to the Company\u2019s 2024 Inducement Stock Incentive Plan and was made as an inducement material to the employee\u2019s acceptance of employment with the Company in accordance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5635(c)(4).<\/p>\n
