(NYSE: BNL) (\u201cBroadstone,\u201d \u201cBNL,\u201d the \u201cCompany,\u201d \u201cwe,\u201d \u201cour,\u201d or \u201cus\u201d), today announced it has added two new developments with an aggregate estimated total project investment of approximately $117.4 million to its pipeline of build-to-suit development commitments. BNL also announced that it will release its financial and operating results for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2024, after the market closes on Wednesday, February 19, 2025. The Company will host its earnings conference call and audio webcast on Thursday, February 20, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time.<\/p>\n
