Virtus Stone Harbor Emerging Markets Income Fund Announces Adviser Update<\/b><\/p>\n

HARTFORD, Conn.–(BUSINESS WIRE<\/a>)–Virtus Stone Harbor Emerging Markets Income Fund<\/a> (NYSE: EDF), which is managed by Stone Harbor Investment Partners, today announced that as a result of a company legal entity transition Virtus Investment Advisers, LLC (VIA) has replaced Virtus Alternative Investment Advisers, Inc. (VAIA) as the Fund\u2019s adviser. As a result, also effective January 1, 2025, VAIA\u2019s rights and obligations under the investment advisory, subadvisory and expense limitation agreements for the Trust have been transferred to, and assumed by, VIA.<\/p>\n

\nBoth VIA and VAIA are wholly owned indirect subsidiaries of Virtus Investment Partners, Inc. No changes have been made to the investment advisory fee rates payable by the Fund, the Fund\u2019s subadviser, or the portfolio managers managing the Fund.<\/p>\n
