All shares of common stock and pre-funded warrants to be sold in the offering will be offered by Candel. Candel also intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional $12 million of the shares of its common stock offered in the public offering under the same terms and conditions. The offering is subject to market conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed, or the actual size or terms of the offering.<\/p>\n<p>Candel intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to continue the development of our product candidates, including preparing the submission of a Biologics License Application for CAN-2409 in prostate cancer and for general corporate purposes.<\/p>\n<p>Citigroup, BofA Securities and Canaccord Genuity are acting as joint bookrunning managers for the offering.
