(Nasdaq: NVAC) (the \u201cCompany\u201d) announced that it has received a notice (the \u201cNotice\u201d) from The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (\u201cNasdaq\u201d) stating that because the Company has not yet filed its Form 10-Q for the period ended September 30, 2024, the Company is no longer in compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5250(c)(1), which requires listed companies to timely file all required periodic financial reports with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the \u201cSEC\u201d).<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">This notification has no immediate effect on the listing of the Company\u2019s shares on Nasdaq. However, if the Company fails to timely regain compliance with the Nasdaq Listing Rule, the Company\u2019s securities will be subject to delisting from Nasdaq.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Under Nasdaq rules, the Company has 60 calendar days to submit to Nasdaq a plan to regain compliance with the Nasdaq Listing Rule. If Nasdaq accepts the Company\u2019s plan, then Nasdaq may grant the Company up to 180 days from the prescribed due date for filing the Form 10-Q to regain compliance.
