\nAMCON Distributing Company (\u201cAMCON\u201d) (NYSE American: DIT), an Omaha, Nebraska-based consumer products company is pleased to announce the acquisition of Arrowrock Supply<\/i> (\u201cArrowrock\u201d) of Boise, Idaho from Davis-Jones Inc.<\/p>\n

\n\u201cWe are delighted to welcome the loyal Employees, Customers, and Vendors of Arrowrock to our AMCON Family,\u201d said Christopher H. Atayan, AMCON\u2019s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. \u201cOur customer base in the Intermountain West of the United States is growing, and the addition of Arrowrock will enable AMCON to continue to provide a premium level of service across the region.\u201d<\/p>\n

\nAMCON will continue to serve Arrowrock <\/i>customers from Arrowrock\u2019s<\/i> Boise, Idaho distribution center. Upon completion of this acquisition, AMCON will be servicing approximately 8,000 locations from 14 distribution facilities in 34 states.<\/p>\n

\nThe transaction is expected to close in the Company\u2019s second quarter of fiscal 2025, subject to customary closing conditions.<\/p>\n
