(Nasdaq: MOND) (\u201c<strong>Mondee<\/strong>\u201d or the \u201c<strong>Company<\/strong>\u201d), a leading travel marketplace and artificial intelligence (AI) technology company, announced today that the Company received a letter from the Listing Qualifications Department (the \u201cStaff\u201d) of The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (\u201cNasdaq\u201d) issuing a Staff determination (the \u201cStaff Determination\u201d) on November 27, 2024 after the Company informed the Staff that it would not contest a delisting of its Common Stock.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">The Staff Determination noted that based on Staff\u2019s review and the Form 8-K filed on November 26, 2024 (the \u201cForm 8-K\u201d), they have determined to delist the Company\u2019s securities from The Nasdaq Stock Market. The Form 8-K stated that, \u201cOn November 25, 2024, the Company\u2019s Board of Directors (the \u201cBoard\u201d) determined that the Company does not plan to submit a plan to regain compliance with NASDAQ rules and does not plan to appeal NASDAQ\u2019s subsequent delisting of its Common Stock from NASDAQ.\u201d The Company\u2019s referenced Form 8-K was in response to Nasdaq\u2019s original notice that the Company did not comply with Nasdaq\u2019s filing requirements for continued inclusion set forth in Listing Rule 5250(c)(1) because it had not yet filed its Form 10-Q for the period ended September 30, 2024.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Accordingly, the Company\u2019s securities will be delisted from The Nasdaq Stock Market.
