The Nasdaq Listing Rule requires listed companies to timely file all required periodic financial reports with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the \u201cSEC\u201d). This notification has no immediate effect on the listing of the Company\u2019s securities on Nasdaq.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Nasdaq has informed the Company that it must submit a plan to regain compliance with respect to the filing requirement by January 24, 2025.
