As a result, any additional Nasdaq exception to allow the Company to regain compliance with all delinquent filings, including the New Delinquent Filing, will be required to be filed by December 11, 2024. In accordance with Nasdaq\u2019s listing rules, the Company has until December 6, 2024 to submit to Nasdaq an update to the Company\u2019s original plan to regain compliance with the Rule.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">The Company is working diligently to complete the Delinquent Filings.
