The Panel determined that the Company\u2019s securities will be suspended from trading on Nasdaq at the open of business on November 25, 2024.<\/p>\n<p>The Company intends to appeal the Panel\u2019s decision to the Nasdaq Listing and Hearing Review Council (the \u201cListing Council\u201d) within the applicable 15-day appeal period.
