If Nasdaq accepts the Company\u2019s plan, Nasdaq may grant an exception of up to 180 calendar days from the due date of the 10-K, or until March 27, 2024, to regain compliance.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">The Company is in the process of preparing the plan to regain compliance and finalizing the financial statements for the year ending June 30, 2023.
