Since September 11, 2023 up to and including September 28, 2023, the Company has purchased a total of 11,729,167 common shares for a total consideration of \u20ac208,747,877.<\/p>\n

As of September 28, 2023, the Company held in treasury No. 75,639,165\u00a0common shares equal to 2.39% of the total issued share capital including the common shares and the special voting shares.<\/p>\n
