\nCiti, acting through Citibank N.A., has been appointed by Arm Holdings plc (\u201cArm\u201d) to act as depositary bank for its initial public offering (the \u201cIPO\u201d) of Arm\u2019s American Depositary Shares (\u201cADSs\u201d or \u201cADRs\u201d) representing its ordinary shares.<\/p>\n

\nArm\u2019s ADR Programme has been established in connection with a US$5.2 billion IPO of its ADRs, priced at US$51 per ADR. The ADRs are listed on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the symbol \u201cARM\u201d. Each ADR represents one ordinary share.<\/p>\n
