\nMr. Pomponi comes to the firm after spending nearly 16 years at Goldman Sachs, where he was a partner and global co-head of software within the investment banking division. Over his tenure, he has advised technology companies at all stages of the business life cycle, from growth to maturity, working on their most important transactions, including strategic M&A and raising capital through IPOs, equity and debt raises.<\/p>\n
