\nVitesse Energy, Inc. (\u201cVitesse\u201d or the \u201cCompany\u201d) (NYSE: VTS) announced today the appointment of James Henderson as the Company\u2019s Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Henderson succeeds David Macosko, who is transitioning from the Company effective August 31, 2023.<\/p>\n

Prior to joining Whiting, Mr. Henderson served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of SRC Energy Inc. and Kodiak Oil & Gas Corporation. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting from Texas Tech University and a Master of Business Administration degree in finance from Regis University.<\/p>\n
