The new entity will deliver Brenmiller\u2019s products, including the bGen\u2122 and recently unveiled bGen\u2122 ZERO, through an Energy as a Service (EaaS) business model, beginning in Spain, Germany, and France. Under the JV, Brenmiller will maintain all of its intellectual property and will manufacture all bGen\u2122 modules for the JV\u2019s projects in Spain, Germany and France at Brenmiller\u2019s gigafactory in Israel, which is financed by the European Investment Bank. Establishing the JV and the activities contemplated by the JV are subject to negotiating and execution of definitive agreements.<\/p>\n
