These appointments were made to better enable Molecular Templates to execute on its clinical and corporate objectives.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Gabriela Gruia joined Molecular Templates in 2022 as a Board Director for MTEM. She has over 25 years of experience in oncology drug development. Dr. Gruia previously served as Chief Development Officer at Ichnos Sciences. Prior to Ichnos Sciences, Dr. Gruia was Senior Vice President and Global Head of Regulatory Affairs for Novartis Oncology. Prior to that, she held oncology clinical research and development roles at\u00a0Pfizer\/Pharmacia, Aventis\/Rhone Poulenc Rorer. Dr. Gruia earned a doctorate in medicine from Bucharest Medical School in Romania.\u00a0She completed training in oncology and hematology at Rene Descartes University in Paris, France\u00a0and a Masters in Breast Pathology and Mammography from the Rene Huguenin\/Curie Institute Cancer Center in Paris, France.\u00a0 The Company has initiated a search for a permanent Chief Medical Officer.
