(NYSE: INVH) (\u201cInvitation Homes\u201d or the \u201cCompany\u201d) announced today that its operating partnership, Invitation Homes Operating Partnership LP (the \u201cOperating Partnership\u201d), has priced a public offering of $450 million aggregate principal amount of 5.450% Senior Notes due 2030 (the \u201c2030 Notes\u201d) and $350<b \/>million aggregate principal amount of 5.500% Senior Notes due 2033 (the \u201c2033 Notes\u201d and, together with the 2030 Notes, the \u201cNotes\u201d). The 2030 Notes were priced at 98.866% of the principal amount and will mature on August 15, 2030. The 2033 Notes were priced at 98.642% of the principal amount and will mature on August 15, 2033. The offering is expected to close on August 2, 2023, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions. The Notes will be fully and unconditionally guaranteed, jointly and severally, by the Company, Invitation Homes OP GP LLC and IH Merger Sub, LLC.<\/p>\n<p>\nThe Operating Partnership intends to use a portion of the net proceeds from the offering to repay all $150.0 million of indebtedness outstanding under its revolving credit facility, and the remaining net proceeds for general corporate purposes, which may include, without limitation, repayment of other indebtedness including secured debt, working capital, acquisitions and renovations of single-family properties and for related activities in accordance with the Company\u2019s business strategy.<\/p>\n<p>\nJ.P.
