Greg Johnson, the Company\u2019s Chief Executive Officer (\u201cCEO\u201d), has informed the Company\u2019s Board of Directors (the \u201cBoard\u201d) of his intention to retire from the Company effective January 31, 2024. The Board has selected Brad Beckham, the Company\u2019s Co-President, to succeed Mr. Johnson as CEO upon Mr. Johnson\u2019s retirement.
