(\u201cComplete Solaria\u201d or the \u201cCompany\u201d).<\/p>\n<p>\nCommencing July 18, 2023, Complete Solaria\u2019s common stock and warrants will trade on The Nasdaq Stock Market (\u201cNasdaq\u201d) under the symbols \u201cCSLR\u201d and \u201cCSLRW\u201d, respectively. The Company will continue to be led by Will Anderson, Chief Executive Officer, and Brian Wuebbels, Chief Financial Officer, alongside the rest of the current Complete Solaria management team.<\/p>\n<p>\nThe transaction was approved by Freedom\u2019s shareholders at an extraordinary general meeting held on July 11, 2023 (the \u201cSpecial Meeting\u201d). Votes representing over 76.9% of the issued and outstanding ordinary shares of Freedom were cast in favor of approving the business combination.
