Since June 7, 2023 up to and including July 6, 2023, the Company has purchased a total of 13,821,800 common shares for a total consideration of \u20ac 214,747,309.<\/p>\n

As of July 6, 2023, the Company held in treasury No. 47,071,612 common shares as of July 6, 2023 equal to 1.49% of the total issued share capital including the common shares and the special voting shares.<\/p>\n
