Since June 7, 2023, up to and including June 22, 2023, the Company has purchased a total of 8,038,800 common shares for a total consideration of \u20ac124,068,872.<\/p>\n

Following the cancellation of shares resolved by the AGM held on April 13 that became effective on June 20, 2023, the Company held in treasury No. 41,288,612 common shares as of June 22, 2023 equal to 1.31% of the total issued share capital including the common shares and the special voting shares.<\/p>\n
