\nVFLO seeks to provide investment results that track the performance of the Victory U.S. Large Cap Free Cash Flow Index (\u201cthe Index\u201d), which invests in profitable U.S. large-cap companies with high free cash flow yields and favorable growth prospects. It then selects companies with the strongest free cash flow yield that exhibit higher growth. The Index is rebalanced and reconstituted quarterly.<\/p>\n
