(\u201cPwC\u201d) as its independent registered public accounting firm for the audit of the consolidated financial statements of the Company with respect to the financial year of 2023, subject to approval by the general assembly of shareholders of the Company in accordance with the Turkish Commercial Code. The Company\u2019s agreement with Guney Bagimsiz Denetim Ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Musavirlik A.S. with respect to the audit of the consolidated financial statements of the Company for the financial year of 2022 is scheduled to expire in the ordinary course at the date of the next general assembly of shareholders of the Company to be held in 2023.<\/p>\n
