(NASDAQ: VII) (the \u201cCompany\u201d) today announced that the special meeting of stockholders (the \u201cMeeting\u201d), which was originally scheduled for June 20, 2023, is being postponed to 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time on June 26, 2023.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">The Meeting is for stockholders to consider amending the Company\u2019s amended and restated certificate of incorporation (\u201cExtension Amendment\u201d) to extend the date by which the Company must complete a business combination from June 28, 2023 to December 28, 2023 or such earlier date as determined by the board of directors of the Company (the \u201cExtension\u201d).<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">The record date for the Meeting to vote on the Extension remains the close of business on May 16, 2023 (the \u201cRecord Date\u201d).
