In addition to the $0.10 Rule\u00a0delisting notice, the Company also currently fails to satisfy the requirement that the closing bid price of its securities remain at $1.00 or higher as required by Nasdaq Listing Rule\u00a05810(c)(3)(A)\u00a0(the \u201cMinimum Bid Price Rule\u201d). The Company has received a period of 180 calendar days to return to compliance with the Minimum Bid Price Rule, which compliance period expires on July 31, 2023. If the Company\u2019s securities fail to regain compliance with the Minimum Bid Price Rule, Nasdaq will have an additional basis for delisting the securities.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Pursuant to the Letter, unless the Company requests an appeal of the Letter, trading of the Company\u2019s American depositary shares (\u201cADSs\u201d) will be suspended at the opening of business on June\u00a023, 2023, and a Form\u00a025-NSE will be filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the \u201cSEC\u201d), which will remove the Company\u2019s securities from listing and registration on the Nasdaq Stock Market.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">The Company plans to appeal the Staff\u2019s determination to a Hearings Panel (the \u201cPanel\u201d). A hearing request will stay the suspension of the Company\u2019s securities and the filing of the Form\u00a025-NSE pending the Panel\u2019s decision.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">The Company intends to monitor the closing bid price of its ADSs and may, if appropriate, consider implementing available options to regain compliance with the minimum bid price requirements under the Nasdaq Listing Rules
