The lease amendment extends the term applicable to all of Kaiser\u2019s approximately 121,000 square foot premises by 5 years, from May 31, 2024 to May 31, 2029.<\/p>\n<p>\nAdditionally, we entered into a new lease with the Commonwealth of Virginia, Department of General Services, at our Innsbrook property in Glen Allen, Virginia.
