(the \u201c<b>Company<\/b>\u201d) (NASDAQ: RCAC) today announced that it received a notice (\u201c<b>Notice<\/b>\u201d) on May 24, 2023 from the Listing Qualifications Department of The Nasdaq Stock Market (\u201cNasdaq\u201d) stating that the Company is not in compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5250(c)(1) (the \u201c<b>Listing Rule<\/b>\u201d) because the Company failed to timely file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the period ended March 31, 2023 (the \u201c<b>10-Q<\/b>\u201d) with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the \u201c<b>SEC<\/b>\u201d).<\/p>\n<p>\nThe Company filed its 10-Q on May 25, 2023, and will immediately inform Nasdaq in order to regain compliance with the Listing Rule.<\/p>\n<p>\nThe Notice has no immediate effect on the listing or trading of the Company\u2019s securities on the Nasdaq Global Market. The Notice states that the Company has 60 calendar days from the date of the Notice, or July 24, 2023, to submit a plan to regain compliance with the Listing Rule.
