\nEmpire State Realty Trust, Inc. (NYSE: ESRT) (the \u201cCompany\u201d), is a NYC-focused REIT that owns and manages a well-positioned property portfolio of office, retail, and multifamily assets in Manhattan and the greater New York metropolitan area. Owner of the Empire State Building \u2013 the \u201cWorld\u2019s Most Famous Building\u201d \u2013 ESRT also owns and operates its iconic, newly reimagined Observatory Experience that was named the #1 attraction in the US, and #3 in the world, in Tripadvisor\u2019s 2022 Travelers\u2019 Choice Awards: Best of the Best. \nThe Board of Directors has declared a dividend of $0.15 per unit for the second quarter of 2023, payable to holders of ESRO\u2019s Series 2014 Private Perpetual Preferred Units, and a dividend of $0.175 per unit for the second quarter of 2023, payable to holders of ESRO\u2019s Series 2019 Private Perpetual Preferred Units.<\/p>\n

\nThe dividends will be payable in cash on June 30, 2023, to stockholders or unitholders, as applicable, of record at the close of business on June 15, 2023.<\/p>\n
