\nCorporate Office Properties Trust (NYSE: OFC) (\u201cCOPT\u201d or the \u201cCompany\u201d) announced today that its Board of Trustees declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.285 per common share for the second quarter ending June 30, 2023. The second quarter 2023 dividend represents an annualized amount of $1.14 per share and is payable on July 17, 2023, to shareholders of record on June 30, 2023.<\/p>\n

About COPT<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

\nCOPT is a REIT that owns, manages, leases, develops and selectively acquires office and data center properties. The majority of its portfolio is in locations that support the United States Government and its contractors, most of whom are engaged in national security, defense and information technology (\u201cIT\u201d) related activities servicing what the Company believes are growing, durable, priority missions (\u201cDefense\/IT Locations\u201d). The Company also owns a portfolio of office properties located in select urban submarkets in the Greater Washington, DC\/Baltimore region with durable Class-A office fundamentals and characteristics (\u201cRegional Office Properties\u201d).
