NEWARK, Del., May 09, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Artesian Resources Corporation (Nasdaq: ARTNA) is pleased to announce that its Board of Directors approved a 2% increase in the quarterly dividend per share on the company\u2019s Class A and Class B Common Stock, which raises the annualized dividend rate to $1.136 per share. The quarterly dividend rate of $0.284 per share is payable May 26, 2023 to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 19, 2023.<\/p>\n
