\u00a0<\/td>\n\u25cf<\/td>\nTo amend the Company\u2019s Amended and Restated Articles of Association (the \u201cArticles of Association\u201d<\/em>) to give the Company the right to extend the date by which it has to consummate a business combination (the \u201cCombination Period\u201d) up to twelve (12) times for an additional one (1) month each time, from May 11, 2023 to May 11, 2024 (as extended, the \u201cExtended Date\u201d)<\/em> (i.e., for a period of time ending 27 months after the consummation of its initial public offering (the \u201cIPO<\/em>\u201d)).<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
