(AspenTech) (NASDAQ: AZPN), a global leader in industrial software, announced today that its Board of Directors has authorized a new share repurchase program for up to $100 million of its outstanding shares of common stock in fiscal years 2023 and 2024, subject to the terms of the program.<\/p>\n<p>\nThe program includes an accelerated share repurchase (\u201cASR\u201d) agreement with JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association (\u201cJPMorgan\u201d), to repurchase up to $100 million of AspenTech\u2019s common stock.
