As of April 1, 2023, 44% of our employees and 55% of senior leaders self-identified as women and 38% of senior leaders self-identified as BIPOC (US).\n<\/li>\n<li><b>Workplace awards.<\/b> In 2022, we were certified as a Great Place to Work, named to Inc.
