II (NYSE: FSNB) (the \u201cCompany\u201d) today announced that it received a notice from the New York Stock Exchange (the \u201cNYSE\u201d) indicating that the Company is not in compliance with Section 802.01E of the NYSE Listed Company Manual as a result of its failure to timely file its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2022 (the \u201c2022 Form 10-K\u201d) with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the \u201cSEC\u201d).
