The Nasdaq notice has no immediate effect on the listing or trading of the Company\u2019s common stock on The Nasdaq Global Market. The Company has 60 calendar days from the date of the notice to submit to Nasdaq a plan to regain compliance. If Nasdaq accepts the Company\u2019s plan, then Nasdaq may grant the Company up to 180 calendar days from the Form 10-K\u2019s original due date to regain compliance. The Company continues to work diligently to file the Form 10-K as promptly as practicable.
