AMTD Assets represents the letter \u201cA\u201d of AMTD Group\u2019s \u201cIDEA\u201d strategy, and holds a global portfolio of premium whole building properties, with a fair market value of approximately US$500 million.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\nAMTD IDEA\u2019s subsidiary was granted a clean facility line amounting to US$15 million from an international financial institution in February 2023.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\nThe Company entered into share subscription agreements with certain selected investors in April 2023.
