(NASDAQ: WLGS) (\u201cW&L,\u201d or the \u201cCompany\u201d) today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 1,600,000 shares of its ordinary shares at a price to the public of $5.00 per share for a total of $8,000,000 of gross proceeds to the Company (the “Offering”), before deducting underwriting discounts, commissions, and other Offering expenses.<\/p>\n

The shares are expected to begin trading on The Nasdaq Capital Market on April 20, 2023, under the ticker symbol “WLGS.” The Offering is expected to close on April 24, 2023, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.<\/p>\n
