(Nasdaq: TIG) (\u201cTrean\u201d or the \u201cCompany\u201d), a leading provider of products and services to the specialty insurance market, would like to remind stockholders that its Special Meeting of Stockholders (the \u201cSpecial Meeting\u201d) to consider and vote on the adoption of the Agreement and Plan of Merger entered into by the Company with affiliates of Altaris, LLC (collectively with its affiliates, \u201cAltaris\u201d) (the \u201cMerger Agreement\u201d) providing for the proposed merger of the Company with an affiliate of funds managed by Altaris (the \u201cMerger\u201d) and the approval of the Merger will be held on April 18, 2023 at 10:00 am Central Time.<\/p>\n
